South Asian weddings are generally huge, making organization a key part of the wedding planning process.  These days most weddings employ a wedding planner to keep the details in line.  Spreadsheets/Notes/Lists for all events, schedules, RSVPs, list of vendors, etc. are just a few of the types of documents needed to ensure your day operates smoothly.

Below I have custom created a spreadsheet to tackle the task of RSVPs.  With multiple events and huge guest lists it can be cumbersome to keep the head counts of each event accurate, easily identify the number of children attending, and figure out a way to create an escort board or escort cards from all the names.  This spreadsheet includes separate tables for bride guests and groom guests, RSVP columns for adults vs. kids for each wedding event, email/address for each invited party, and table numbers for those attending the reception.  The table numbers and guest names then auto-populate into another tab to make escort boards/cards super simple and effortless! FREE for all my readers!
